The innovative mechanically driven supercharger system with charge air intercooler employed here turns the 6-cylinder engine into a compact powerhouse with moderate fuel consumption. The peak torque of 440 Nm is sure to impress you, as will the torque curve: with at least 90 % of the maximum torque being available across an engine speed range of 2,900 to 4,500 rpm. Thanks to its very spontaneous responsiveness and exceptional power delivery across the entire engine speed range, the 6-cylinder engine promotes a particularly dynamic driving style. The A6 allroad quattro accelerates to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds – while at the same time meeting the EU5 emission standard of course.
